Tonite Mark and I will feast on these! This is one of our very favorite things to eat in this world ~~~~~~ Morels! Each year about this time people go in search of this delicacy. We are lucky to have a friend who is quite good at finding them, Larry Kinney. He and his brother go in search for a few weekends each year and if we are lucky they find enough to share. Simply cooked up in butter it is a taste like no other. Can't wait til Mark gets home tonite! Thanks Larry!

Man I miss morels -- only about $40/ounce at specialty stores here
Finer than any food on the planet.
Beats lobster, porterhouse, caviar, you name it.
It's been very dry here but rained today, so maybe if I wander around the black ash trees and look down......
