The days are numbered that I can walk the golf course where we live. The golfers have it most of the year but there is a span from late October to first heavy snowfall that I can walk it pretty much whenever. This morning was our first bit of snow.Not heavy enough to keep me off and even found the gate opened to Wildemere Drive next to 5 so I got one last quick pass down there as well. After Xmas for sure I will be traversing the same 2 mile road stretch with my yax trax on. Sigh!

Get a pair of snowshoes!!!! Golf courses are a great place to use them and then your routes are practically endless. It's a good workout and if you can walk, you can snowshoe!
